IS CS PUPPIES CSPUPPIES A SCAM OR FRAUD WEBSITE

This blog is designed to respond to many "breeders" or people who are trying to discredit CS puppies with false and misleading information.

We will attempt to respond to each of the comments posted on some websites.

YAHOO ANSWERS

Yahoo answers is one of the most coward ways to bash out a reputable company or website. This technique does not let the company reply because these posts are closed within a short period of time after the question is live (and it can be closed by the poster when he decides to select an answer)

The fraud on Yahoo answers is that the same person asking the questions will answer it with a different user name, leaving negative propaganda against a company. Unfortunately this is so far a legal way to defame, discredit, bash out, trash talk and post false, misleading, ignorant information about a company. We have complained with Yahoo answers and they ignore our emails with their generic emails all the time but hopefully sooner or later they will face a lawsuit.

POST NO 1.
http://answers.yahoo.com/question/index?qid=20101228161806AABBa94
  1. Yes, it is a scam. No reputable breeder would breed mutts. He even calls mutts by their "designer dog" names and call them breeds. I wanted to buy from them last year but I was wrong.
Let's teach this ignorant some lessons. Mixing breeds and creating designer breeds does not make you unreputable (I have not invented this name, it existed many years before our company existed) American is a country where you have freedom of choice.

Mutts are dogs from unknown descendants while designer breeds come from known descendants.

This person does not know that all the breeds that exist today, are in fact a combination of different breeds, but I guess AKC and other registries did a great job on programming people with misleading information. Many vets will agree that a dog with heart murmur, missing a testicle, and dimodex mange, can have AKC champion lines, while mixed breeds are generally healthier, and that I can prove that based on my own experience as well as many other breeder's experiences.
  2. I have now learned that CS puppies is a puppy mill. I have seen where their puppies are born in.
This is another false statement. We only have 10 breeding females who receive lots of attention everyday, we are a small profile breeder and also works with other people who raised their dogs at home, most on;t have 1 female pet. This statement is not only ignorant but also defamatory at high levels.
  3. I visited Christian's (Breeder) house before and saw crates piled up on each other. Not really puppy mill-ish but I wouldn't buy from them. They have had several red flags:
So our crates are puppy mill-ish? then why using a crate is a red flag? Groomer's pet stores, shelters, rescues, veterinarians, etc they all use crates, do they have red flags too? Crates are excellent and when they get rusty we get rid of them and buy new ones once a year.
Now let's take a look at her red flags

  1. *He breeds mutts
We don't breed and We don't sell mutts. We sell wonderful designer breeds and people with a normal IQ score love them and get stopped on the streets due to their sweet, wonderful nature and cuteness. I wonder why was she looking for a Mixed breed when she hates mutts and mix dog breeders that much?
  2. *He ships puppies
Yes, we proudly ship by plane since 2006 with excellent results, our customers are very very happy. Shipping puppies is a great service provided by the airlines.
  3. *He sells dogs over the internet
Yes, that's how she found us on the first place. The internet is a great tool for families to find the perfect pet, if don't believe it, visit our website and see how happy our customers are.
  4. *He sells dogs from Christmas/Holdidays.
Yes, keep us on mind when you need a loving family member on this wonderful season.
  5. *He gives the puppies Iams which is a bad dog food
This is very insulting for millions of people who have raised their healthy puppies and dogs with Iams. We use different types of foods. Now we are using science diet for years already.

OTHER POSTS
All the other posts are about almost the same things, let's put some answers.

  • This statement "You are allowed to see one puppy per visit only and you must select one puppy online and email us the ID number so we can arrange a visit or appointment.' make me wonder what are they hiding? This person is assuming that we should always have all the puppies available like a pet store so he/she can stop thinking that we are hiding anything. SAFETY is our priority on this business, even if you don't like it, even if this makes you a conspiracy theorist. People in search of puppies, often bring diseases unknowingly by visiting kennels and other breeders. In order for us to control diseases we will only show you what you came for and that's it. We have lots of photos and a video of each puppy so that helps already a lot for someone to filter down their choice, The other limitation we have is that we have to pick up your puppy before you come, and it is not funny to drive for hours collecting all available puppies to show, just to avoid a criticism.
  • I wouldn't trust them. From the reviews there were a few people who got sick puppies.
Even Walmart, Sears and many other reputable companies have customers who weren't totally happy. All companies have a small margin of error don't you think? now does that make Walmart or Sears a scam? No, then what makes us different? Now whenever there has been a problem, we have been there to help our customers. Puppies are like children and they can get sick too, just use common sense and look at the world where we live. After all we are very proud to say that we are a very reputable website that you can definitely trust.
  • They encourage getting multiple puppies from the same litter. Most responsible breeders will deter you from this because it is MUCH harder to train and socialize a pair of puppies.
Harder to train and socialize? Not true, there are more benefits than cons and anyone who have had a couple of puppies raised together will tell you by their experience that this is none sense. Since you are feeding two puppies the same food, at the same time, and their play time is at the same time (this is when they drink more water, therefore need to go to the restroom) they are easier to control for restroom breaks. As you see, this is false propaganda, is like saying (males are better than females) or the opposite, what people post is their baseless opinion which could fit into a minority if you compare to the experiences of the rest. Dogs are pack animals and their nature to be social with other dogs. Most aggressive dogs were raised under a lonely environment where there was no contact with other dogs. Just ask a trainer about it.
  • They ship puppies without meeting the family. This is a HUGE indicator that this is a puppy-mill based company or scam.
Allowing this delivery option makes nobody a scam or a puppy mill. I meet all my customers in person when they come to pick up in my residence. But since my experience tells me that delivery by plane is safe (which is costly for a good reason) then why should I stop sending them by plane? just to avoid this ignorant comment? Makes no sense to even try to convince you.
  • No good breeder will agree to send an eight-week-old puppy on a long distance flight. It is EXTREMELY stressful and dangerous for the puppy.
Then why is the USDA and animal control, veterinarians, and the airlines allowing breeders to ship at that age? So this person knows more than a vet?

We do ship at the age of 9 weeks old or older and delivery dates are ALWAYS subject to be delayed or changed if we feel is safer for the puppy. Probably this person is assuming that puppies are shipped like a package. For an airlines to accept a pet, they only use air pressurized and air conditioned aircrafts. The puppy must travel in a well ventilated crate with absorbent material inside, a bowl, food and water. The puppy will be health checked and certified before shipped.
They work with a variety of breeders. Basically, this company is a middle-man to other breeders. They do not breed the puppies themselves, they take other people's puppies. No good breeder is willing to sell their puppies to a middle man.
Yes being a middle company give you great benefits you don't get when you deal with a breeder directly. Many people have been ripped off by breeders due to the following cons...

  • BUYING FROM A BREEDER. They usually take cash and you can't recover your money if there is a problem.
  • BUYING FROM US. We accept credit cards which protects the buyer more than the seller and we and offer an exchange, replacement or even money back guarantee.
  • BUYING FROM A BREEDER. They only breed once a year so they don't depend on their reputation that much and can easily leave you with a problem.
  • BUYING FROM US. We entirely depend on our reputation. If we don't help our customers, we would have been out of business years ago, this is why we have great reviews not only on our website but also on our facebook page.
  • BUYING FROM A BREEDER. Most don't give good health guarantees and other will only give you 3 days which is useless.
  • BUYING FROM US. We provide a year health guarantee and many times we will go a few extra miles on our service.
  • BUYING FROM A BREEDER. They are not experts, they simply breed their pets once a year and without an adviser, so their chances to give you problems are higher.
  • BUYING FROM US. We make sure your puppy is totally healthy, or we just won't sell you a puppy, plus we control the quality on an statistics basis and we "cspuppies" spend a lot of money to help breeders deworm, and vaccinate their pets. What we do is much more than just sell puppies for others, we have great responsibilities with all parties).
  • Now regarding this comment "No good breeder is willing to sell their puppies to a middle man" breeders love our system, because they know their puppies are going to good homes. we work in a humane way, providing helpful ways to adopt a pet without spending thousands of dollars like many other websites.
  • Lack of genetic testing. Two reasons
Of course you are not expecting to have all the testings, certifications, registrations and bla bla blas available for so little money. Despite our prices are not too high, many people insist on discounts or negotiations, can you imagine if we start charging thousands to cover and apply all these testings as a requirement? would make no sense. We rather give you a better customer service and health guarantees that you won't find even locally.
Something important to consider is our great experience, so far our results are great. We rarely see a problem related to genetics. Also, all shipped puppies are checked for any possible disorder before they are released, and after that we give them a health guarantee for either a return, exchange or replacement. We advice to have a health insurance which is relatively cheap and does cover issues that can develop overtime. So pretty much most situations have a solution at a low price. I am sure some people do all these things but we can't, so we rely on statistics instead, and also, mixed breeds are generally healthier than pure breeds (Before I used to sell Bull Terriers and I would often see Demodex mange, open fontanelle,
hip dysplasia, heart murmurs, eye problems, etc. Now with mixed breeds we don't even see a 1% rate of issues.
These people posting negative comments are delusional, they love drama and love spreading it over the internet. Their heart is driven by envy, stereotype, racism, and ignorance.

  1. I am buying my second puppy from Christian. The first one arrived to me, shipped, safely with other animals in a heated pressurized area below the pilots of the airplane. He is the sweetest temper, and healthiest little guy you would ever see. Almost two years old now and I can't wait to get my second little mixed breed. I think someone is being unfair here with their opions.
